The working principle of Raymond mill dust collector: The dusty gas enters the lower box of the dust collector through the air duct. The dust accumulates on the outer surface of the bag, becoming thicker and thicker. At the same time, the resistance of the dust collector also increases. 4. Preventing condensation: In order to prevent the bag filter from being affected by condensation during winter, the outer shell of the bag filter should be insulated. An electric heater should be installed in the ash hopper of the bag filter to keep the temperature of the dusty air inside higher than the dew point temperature.
